Library Terms and Conditions

Narnia Libraries collaborates with schools to provide no obligation quotations for library work, including book orders. The terms and conditions of this work are clearly outlined in all quotations.

When you place book orders and complete a payment, you are committing to that order. It's important to note that not all book orders are considered final until you have accepted both the order and its associated costs. Payments for these orders are invoiced upon delivery and are subject to specific terms and conditions. 

Books that are posted are packed well, but if a book should arrive in a damaged condition a replacement will be sent upon receipt of photographic evidence. Returns are not accepted otherwise.
